Our Periodic Inspection
This is an inspection to assess the condition, cleanliness and upkeep of the property over certain periods of the tenancy. Throughout the inspection we also make observations in terms of the tenancy agreement for example evidence of non-tenants, Smoking & pets. Please note that the original inventory is not used for this service.
The tenant has the option to attend the inspection – we offer set time appointments for all tenants and try to make these as convenient as possible.
