Check-out Report

A vital document which is used to establish end of tenancy bond deductions. We use the original inventory report to compare the condition of the property in comparison to the start of the tenancy. The report highlights any changes / damage which has occurred, and also documents any cleanliness issues.

Once the report is complete this is then sent to the managing body, whether it is a letting agent or landlord. Decisions relating to Financial bond reductions will never be made or discussed by any of the team at Golden Triangle.

Our check out reports offer a side by side comparison – stating the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy and a highlighted area for any defects which may have occurred during the tenancy period.


Check out reports should be conducted as soon as possible after the tenancy end date. We always recommend that we are the first contractors to enter the property once the tenants have vacated. This removes any chance of further damage occurring after the tenants have moved out and also eliminates the chances of additional bond disputes.
