Our check in procedure allows us to answer any questions the tenant may have with regards to the inventory report or with the property its self, Discuss and highlight any defects within the property and also allows us to explain how the property should be left at the end of the tenancy.
Upon completion of the check in appointment, the tenant signs the report digitally. This is then inserted into every page of the report and is also displayed along side further tenant details at the end of the report.
